The H&S dashboard
For the helpdesk teamThe H&S dashboard
Section titled “The H&S dashboard”
The H&S lead’s default landing page. Headline KPIs plus two live panels — what’s due for review, and who’s been running their checks.
KPI tiles
Section titled “KPI tiles”- Risk assessments — every RA in the workspace, regardless of status, with a hint showing the published subset.
- Due review (30 days) — RAs whose
next_review_datefalls within the next 30 days. The review queue. - Overdue review — RAs past their review date (excluding archived). These are the ones the auditor will ask about.
- Active checklists — templates currently marked active, with a hint for how many runs were logged today.
Live panels
Section titled “Live panels”Two panels sit below the tiles:
- Up for review — lists the same RAs driving the due-review and overdue tiles, ordered by date, with colour coding (amber = due, red = overdue). Links directly to each RA.
- Recent runs — the eight most recent checklist executions across all templates. Shows checklist name, category, when it was run, and a pass score (items passed / total items).
What it’s not
Section titled “What it’s not”The dashboard isn’t a replacement for the risk assessments index, the checklist runs log, or the incidents register. It’s a five-second status check — am I on top of H&S this week?
Gotchas
Section titled “Gotchas”- The overdue review tile counts every overdue RA, including ones that have been overdue for years. The number can climb if old RAs are left in the system; archive obsolete ones rather than leaving them on review-overdue indefinitely.
- The dashboard has no incident summary tile or fire-drill freshness indicator. For those, go directly to the incidents register and the fire drills register.
